Alain subsequently completed an MSc in Sports Science, a P.G. Diploma in Psychology, a BSc(Hons.) in Physiotherapy and an MSc in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at King’s College London. As a physiotherapist, Alain has worked in the NHS, with students and staff at SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies), Loughborough University Rugby Club and Warner Bros Studios for the cast of CATS, the movie. Alain is a dedicated musculoskeletal physiotherapist and has worked with people from all walks of life from professional and world class athletes (rugby players, GB triathletes and GB hockey), professional dancers (principals and soloists from the Royal Ballet, English National Ballet, New York City Ballet, Wayne McGregor company, Akram Khan Dance company in London and on Tour) to major film stars. Alain treats all his patients with equal care and dedication.

Alain’s aim and vision is to enable his patients to recover from their ailments and improve their lives at all levels as health and well-being is not solely based only on the physical. Alain’s vision is to put his patients first while focusing on his patients’ understanding of their clinical complaints and challenges, as he believes this guides the success of treatment and recovery. Alain aims to work with his patients and the success of their treatment will involve their co-operation, time and commitment. This is his underpinning statement to better overall health. Sometimes aches and pains and injuries may present themselves as an end product or as a result of an interplay of multiple factors and these need to be understood and identified as part of the management and treatment process. Alain takes his time so the patient saves precious time in their recovery and well-being. Alain is also trained as a personal trainer and in Acupuncture, Sports Massage, Spinal Manipulation and Sonography and he continues to enhance his knowledge and skills for the benefit of his patients.

Alain is the co-author and lecturer of the Physical Activity and Lifestyle medicine (PALM) training course currently being delivered to Allied Health Care Professionals at the South London and Maudsley NHS foundation Trust and soon to be taught across other NHS trusts nationwide.
